Helena has a broad legal background and has, in parallel with the dispute resolution practice, worked extensively with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advice. Today her work is focused on dispute resolution and she represents clients in commercial disputes in arbitral proceedings – institutional and ad hoc – and in court. Her institutional experience covers SCC and ICC. Ongoing and recently concluded assignments involve many international and technically complex disputes, including a dispute regarding the construction and erection of an industrial plant and several unrelated disputes regarding nuclear power plant uprates. She is regularly appointed in corporate disputes, including matters regarding director and auditor liability, and she works with labour law matters. Her dispute resolution practice also includes trade mark disputes and assignments within the firm’s other specialist areas Media, IT and Telecoms. Helena also has experience from mediation and takes assignments as arbitrator.
