Kristoffer has a broad legal background and has, in parallel with the dispute resolution practice, worked with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advice. Today his work is primarily focused on dispute resolution and he represents clients in commercial disputes in arbitral proceedings – institutional and ad hoc – and in court. Ongoing and recently concluded assignments include several complex international and domestic disputes regarding delivery of natural gas and nuclear power plant uprates. He has considerable experience from advising investment firms in regulatory and operational matters and from disputes involving financial instruments, including derivatives, structured products and CFDs. His dispute resolution practice includes corporate disputes, including matters regarding director and auditor liability and compulsory acquisition proceedings, as well as public procurement and assignments within the firm’s other specialist areas Media, IT and Telecoms. Kristoffer also has experience from mediation and takes assignments as arbitrator.
